Ingredients
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (I use 2% or full-fat)
- 1 ½ cups frozen blueberries
- 1–2 tablespoons maple syrup, honey, or agave (optional, for sweetness)
Instructions
- Blend the Greek yogurt, frozen blueberries, and sweetener (if using) in a food processor until smooth.
- For an instant treat, you can enjoy it right away.
- If you prefer a scoopable texture, transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and freeze for about 1 hour.
- After freezing, let it thaw for a few minutes before scooping and serving.
Notes
- If you prefer a sweeter yogurt, adjust the amount of maple syrup, honey, or agave to taste.
- This frozen yogurt can be stored in the freezer for up to a week. Let it sit out for a few minutes before scooping.
- You can substitute the blueberries with other fruits like strawberries or raspberries for a different flavor.
