Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 390°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
- Season the cauliflower: In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Ensure the florets are evenly coated.
- Air fry the cauliflower: Place the seasoned cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer (cook in batches if necessary). Air fry for 12–15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the cauliflower is golden and slightly crispy on the edges.
- Serve: Enjoy as a side dish, snack, or with a dipping sauce like tahini, ranch, or spicy mayo.
Notes
- If you like your cauliflower extra crispy, air fry for a couple of additional minutes, but keep an eye on it to avoid burning.
- Feel free to experiment with other spices like curry powder, turmeric, or chili flakes for added flavor.
- This dish is perfect for meal prep, and you can store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
