Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon granulated garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 3 teaspoons Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • Nonstick cooking spray
  • Fresh lime slices
  • Ranch dressing, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer at 380°F for 5 minutes.
  2. In a small bowl, combine granulated garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, Old Bay, onion powder, oregano, and cayenne pepper.
  3. Place chicken wings in a large bowl and toss thoroughly with the seasoning mix.
  4. Spray air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray.
  5. Add half of the wings in a single layer and air fry for 20–25 minutes, shaking after 15 minutes. Add 3–5 extra minutes if wings are large.
  6. Transfer wings to a plate and cover with foil or keep warm in a low oven. Repeat with remaining wings.
  7. Squeeze fresh lime over wings before serving and pair with ranch dressing on the side.

Notes

  • For extra crispy wings, pat them very dry with paper towels before seasoning.
  • Cook in batches to avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket.
  • Cayenne pepper is optional—add more or less depending on heat preference.
