Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon granulated garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 3 teaspoons Old Bay seasoning
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- 2 pounds chicken wings
- Nonstick cooking spray
- Fresh lime slices
- Ranch dressing, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer at 380°F for 5 minutes.
- In a small bowl, combine granulated garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, Old Bay, onion powder, oregano, and cayenne pepper.
- Place chicken wings in a large bowl and toss thoroughly with the seasoning mix.
- Spray air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray.
- Add half of the wings in a single layer and air fry for 20–25 minutes, shaking after 15 minutes. Add 3–5 extra minutes if wings are large.
- Transfer wings to a plate and cover with foil or keep warm in a low oven. Repeat with remaining wings.
- Squeeze fresh lime over wings before serving and pair with ranch dressing on the side.
Notes
- For extra crispy wings, pat them very dry with paper towels before seasoning.
- Cook in batches to avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket.
- Cayenne pepper is optional—add more or less depending on heat preference.
- Pairs well with celery sticks and ranch or blue cheese dip.
