Ingredients
- 2 flour tortilla shells
- 1 tablespoon butter, softened
- ½ cup grated mozzarella cheese
- Garlic powder, to taste
- Italian seasoning, to taste
Instructions
- Lay the tortillas on a clean surface. Spread a generous amount of softened butter evenly over the surface of each tortilla, making sure to cover the edges for full flavor.
- Sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning over the buttered tortillas.
- Place one tortilla on top of the other, creating a double-layered tortilla.
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Once preheated, carefully place the stacked tortillas in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 4–6 minutes, keeping an eye on them to avoid overcooking. The tortillas should turn golden brown and crispy.
- Once crispy and golden, carefully remove the garlic bread from the air fryer. If desired, sprinkle chopped fresh parsley on top for added color and freshness.
- Serve immediately while hot and crispy, perfect with pasta, soups, salads, or on its own as a tasty snack. For extra flavor, pair with marinara sauce, salsa, or any dipping sauce of your choice.
Notes
- For a crispier texture, you can cook the garlic bread for an additional minute or two, but be careful not to burn it.
- Feel free to add Parmesan cheese on top for an extra cheesy kick.
- For extra flavor, try using garlic butter instead of regular butter.
