Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken wings, cut into drumettes and wingettes
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 5 tablespoons Frank’s RedHot Sauce
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon sugar-free brown sweetener (allulose)
Instructions
- Pat dry the drumettes and wingettes thoroughly with paper towels.
- In a medium bowl, mix the salt, paprika, garlic, and baking powder.
- Add the wings to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.
- Preheat the oven to 360°F (180°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the wings closely.
- Bake for 25 minutes, then flip the wings and bake for another 25 minutes.
- Remove the wings from the oven.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter and mix with Frank’s Hot Sauce and brown sweetener until smooth.
- Toss the baked wings in the sauce until fully coated.
- Serve with garlic sauce, ranch, or blue cheese dip.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, you can place a cooling rack on the baking sheet to allow air circulation around the wings.
- If you prefer spicier wings, increase the amount of Frank’s RedHot Sauce.
- You can substitute the sugar-free brown sweetener with regular brown sugar if not following a low-sugar diet.
