Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken tenders

  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and BBQ sauce until well combined.
  3. Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken tenders and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Place the BBQ potato chips in a large ziplock bag and crush them using a rolling pin or glass until finely crumbled.
  5. Transfer the crushed chips to a shallow bowl, drizzle with melted butter, and mix until combined.
