Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender.

- Make-Ahead Smoothie Packs: Layer frozen blueberries, yogurt, coconut extract, hemp hearts, and any other add-ins (like spinach) into a 1-pint jar. Do not add coconut water until ready to blend.
