Banana Cream Mixture
- 1 cup caramel dip or ice cream topping
- 1 (3.4 oz) package instant banana pudding mix
- 1 cup cold milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping

- 1.5 sleeves graham crackers
- 2-4 ripe bananas, peeled and sliced
- Ground cinnamon, for sprinkling
Instructions
- Prepare the pudding mixture: In a medium bowl, combine the instant banana pudding mix and cold milk. Whisk together until the mixture thickens. Then, add 1/3 cup of caramel topping and sour cream to the pudding mixture and whisk until well combined. Gently fold in the entire container of whipped topping to create a light and creamy texture.
- Layer the dessert – first layer: Arrange a layer of graham crackers evenly on the bottom of an 8×11 inch dish. Spoon and spread 1/3 cup of caramel topping over the graham crackers.
- Add bananas and cream: Place a layer of sliced bananas over the caramel topping, then spread half of the banana cream mixture evenly on top of the bananas.
- Repeat layering: Repeat the layering process by adding another layer of graham crackers, followed by caramel topping, then bananas, and finally, spread the remaining banana cream mixture on top to finish the layers.
- Finishing touches and chilling: Sprinkle a light dusting of ground cinnamon over the top layer of cream. Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 3 hours to allow the flavors to meld and the dessert to set.
- Serve: Before serving, optionally garnish with additional sliced bananas and drizzle extra caramel topping over the dessert for an added touch of sweetness and presentation.
