Chicken Filling
- 2 cups cooked grilled chicken breasts, chopped (seasoned with your favorite spices, see note*)
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup cilantro, minced (optional)
Wraps
- 4 8-inch tortillas
Instructions
- Assemble the Wraps: Lay the tortillas on a clean, flat surface. Evenly distribute about 1/2 cup of chopped chicken, 1 tablespoon of ranch dressing, 2 tablespoons of mozzarella cheese, and 1 tablespoon of minced cilantro onto each tortilla. Fold each tightly into a burrito shape to hold the fillings securely.
- Grill the Wraps: Preheat a heavy-duty pan or grill pan to medium heat and lightly coat it with oil or cooking spray. Place each assembled wrap seam side down and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side until the tortilla turns crispy and golden brown.
- Serve: Remove the wraps from the heat, slice each in half if desired, and serve immediately while warm and melty.
Notes
- *For the chicken: Use cooked rotisserie chicken, leftovers, or freshly grilled chicken seasoned with your favorite spices. A recommended seasoning is 1 tablespoon of fajita seasoning grilled in a hot pan for 5-6 minutes per side until cooked through.
