- 1 box vanilla cake mix
- 3.4 oz vanilla instant pudding mix
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- ½ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup Land O Lakes unsalted butter, melted

- 1 ½ cups powdered sugar
- 1 to 2 tbsp milk

Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly coat a 13x18x1 baking sheet with non-stick baking spray and set aside.
- Prepare the Cake Batter: In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, vanilla pudding mix, eggs, milk, oil, and sour cream. Beat on low speed for 30 seconds, then increase to medium speed and beat for 1 ½ minutes. Scrape the sides of the bowl as needed. Pour the batter into the prepared baking sheet.
- Make the Cinnamon Swirl: In a small dish, combine the melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Stir until smooth. Drizzle the cinnamon mixture over the cake batter, then use a butter knife to swirl it into the batter.
- Bake the Cake: Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Make the Icing: Once the cake is baked, mix the icing ingredients. Add milk to thin the icing or more powdered sugar to thicken it, depending on your preference.
- Drizzle the Icing: Drizzle the icing over the warm cake.
