Ingredients
Fudge Base
- 3 cups high-quality white chocolate chips or chunks
- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons salted butter
Cinnamon Sugar
- 7 tablespoons cinnamon sugar, divided
Instructions
- Prepare the Pan: Lightly spray an 8 x 8-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray and line it with parchment paper, leaving a 1-2 inch overhang on either side for easy removal. Set aside.
- Melt the Ingredients: In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, combine 3 cups of white chocolate chips, 1 can of sweetened condensed milk, and 2 tablespoons of salted butter. Stir constantly for about 4 minutes until the mixture is fully melted and smooth.
- Add Cinnamon Sugar: Remove the pan from the heat and stir in 4 tablespoons of the cinnamon sugar until evenly incorporated into the fudge mixture.
- Pour and Swirl: Pour the smooth fudge mixture into the prepared pan, spreading it out evenly. Sprinkle the remaining 3 tablespoons of cinnamon sugar over the top, then use a knife to gently swirl it into the fudge for a marbled effect.
- Chill the Fudge: Cover the pan tightly with aluminum foil or plastic wrap, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the fudge is firm and set.
Notes
- Use high-quality white chocolate for the best flavor and texture.
- Cinnamon sugar can be made by combining ground cinnamon with granulated sugar if not readily available.
- Make sure to stir continuously while melting the fudge base to avoid burning or seizing.
- For easier removal, use the parchment paper overhang to lift the fudge out of the pan once chilled.
- Store leftover fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
