Ingredients
- 1 + 1/4 cups milk
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 + 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients together in a mixing bowl or blender. Refrigerate the batter for 30 to 60 minutes to allow it to rest.
- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add a bit of melted butter to the pan and pour in 1/4 cup of the batter. Swirl the skillet to coat it evenly with the batter.
- Cook the crepe for about 1 minute, or until the edges are lightly browned. Flip it over and cook for another 30 seconds on the other side.
- Repeat the process with the remaining batter. Serve with your favorite fillings and enjoy!
Notes
- For savory crepes, omit the sugar and vanilla extract from the batter.
- Make sure the skillet is well-heated before adding the batter to ensure the crepes cook evenly.
- If the batter is too thick after resting, add a little more milk to reach the desired consistency.
