Ingredients
- For the honey-lime dressing:
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 medium lime (zested and juiced)
- For the salad:
- 1 pound strawberries, hulled and quartered
- 2 cups cubed fresh pineapple (about half a medium pineapple)
- 1 pound red seedless grapes, halved (optional)
- 6 ounces blueberries
- 6 ounces blackberries
- 3 mandarin oranges, peeled and sectioned
- 4 kiwi, peeled and sliced
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the lime zest, lime juice, and honey until smooth and well combined.
- Add all the prepared fruit to a large mixing bowl.
- Drizzle the honey-lime dressing over the fruit and gently toss to coat evenly.
- Cover the salad and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes
- Best enjoyed within a few hours, but can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
- If making ahead, store the dressing separately and toss it with the fruit about an hour before serving for the freshest flavor.
