These Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wraps are a quick and satisfying meal, featuring seasoned, golden chicken wrapped in crispy tortillas with melted cheddar and mozzarella cheese and a creamy garlic sauce. Ready in just 25 minutes, these wraps are perfect for a flavorful and easy weeknight dinner.

  • Total Time: 25 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

  • 2 large chicken breasts, diced
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup creamy garlic sauce
  • Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken: In a bowl, combine the diced chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat the chicken evenly with the seasonings.
  2. Cook the Chicken: Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the seasoned chicken and cook for 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is golden brown and fully cooked. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
  3. Assemble the Wraps: Lay the tortillas flat on a surface. Spread a layer of creamy garlic sauce on each tortilla. Evenly distribute the cooked chicken on top of each tortilla. Sprinkle with cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
  4. Grill the Wraps: Fold the tortillas over the filling to form wraps. Grill the wraps in the same non-stick pan for 2-3 minutes on each side, until the cheese is melted and the tortillas are golden and crispy.
  5. Serve: Remove the wraps from the pan and cut each wrap in half. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a handful of spinach or arugula to the wrap before grilling.
  • You can substitute the creamy garlic sauce with ranch or a creamy Caesar dressing for a different twist.
  • These wraps are great served with a side of fries, a salad, or some roasted vegetables.
