- 2 cups Honey Garlic Shredded Beef (prepared ahead or from slow cooker)
- ½ cup sriracha mayo
- 1 carrot, shredded
- ½ cucumber, thinly sliced

- 1-2 tablespoons butter (for toasting buns)
Instructions
- Heat the beef: Place 2 cups of honey garlic shredded beef into a frying pan. Cook over medium heat, stirring and turning the beef with tongs, for about 5 minutes or until the beef is thoroughly heated through.
- Toast the buns: In a separate pan, melt 1-2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the burger buns cut-side down and cook for 3-5 minutes until golden brown and slightly crispy.
- Assemble sandwiches: Spread about 2 tablespoons of sriracha mayo evenly on the toasted buns. Top with the warmed shredded beef, then add shredded carrot, sliced cucumber, and fresh cilantro leaves to finish.

- Honey Garlic Shredded Beef can be made ahead in a slow cooker or prepared from a pre-cooked recipe.
- Sriracha mayo can be adjusted in spiciness by varying the amount of sriracha sauce mixed with mayonnaise.
- Thinly slice cucumber for crunch and freshness; peel if desired.
