Ingredients
- 12 slices of baguette bread, toasted (see tips)
- 1–2 tablespoons olive oil, for brushing the bread slices
- 1 cup goat cheese
- 2–3 tablespoons Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons chopped dill greens
- 2 tablespoons honey, for drizzling
Instructions
- Brush the bread slices with olive oil and toast them in the oven at 400°F (200°C) or on broil mode. Keep an eye on them and remove when they have a nice golden color.
- In a food processor, blend the goat cheese and Greek yogurt until smooth.
- Spread a teaspoon of the whipped goat cheese mixture on each toasted baguette slice.
- Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with chopped dill greens.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- For a different twist, try adding some lemon zest or balsamic glaze on top.
- If you don’t have a food processor, you can use a hand mixer or simply mash the goat cheese and yogurt together with a fork.
- These crostinis are perfect for a party or a light snack!
