Ingredients
- 1 cup ice cubes
- ½ cup chilled espresso
- ¾ cup whole milk
- 3 tablespoons salted caramel syrup (Torani brand recommended)
- Squirt whipped topping (for garnish)
- Caramel dessert sauce (Ghirardelli brand recommended, for garnish)
Instructions
- Add the ice cubes to a 16-ounce glass, followed by the chilled espresso.
- In a lidded jar (a 16-ounce mason jar works great), add the whole milk and caramel syrup. Shake for 15-30 seconds until the milk is frothy.
- Pour the frothed milk into the glass with the espresso.
- Top with a generous squirt of whipped topping and drizzle with caramel sauce.
- Serve and enjoy your iced caramel latte!
Notes
- For a stronger caramel flavor, add more caramel syrup to taste.
- If you prefer a sweeter latte, you can adjust the amount of whipped topping or drizzle more caramel sauce on top.
