Ingredients
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 ½ cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese (divided)
- 3 pounds boneless chicken breasts, trimmed of excess fat
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, combine the sour cream, garlic powder, seasoned salt, black pepper, and 1 cup of Parmesan cheese.
- Arrange the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish. Spread the sour cream mixture over the chicken breasts, then sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through.
- Switch the oven to broil and broil for 2-3 minutes to lightly brown the top.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
