A fun and easy dessert that combines the classic oatmeal creme pie with a creamy cheesecake filling. Perfect for any occasion and super simple to make!

  • Total Time: 2 hours (chilling)
  • Yield: 12 servings

Ingredients

  • A large pack of oatmeal creme pies
  • 1 tub of premade cheesecake filling
  • 8 ounces Cool Whip
  • 1 oatmeal creme pie (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Take a big pack of oatmeal creme pies and press them into the bottom of a 9×13-inch pan (or slightly smaller). Smash them down well, ensuring there are no holes and the cookies also go up the sides. Save one cookie for the topping.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the tub of premade cheesecake filling with the 8-ounce container of Cool Whip until smooth and combined.
  3. Spoon the cheesecake mixture into the dish on top of the oatmeal creme pies. Crumble the last oatmeal creme pie on top for garnish.
  4. Place the dish in the fridge for a couple of hours to chill and set before serving.
  5. Enjoy your delicious and easy dessert!

Notes

  • For extra flavor, you can add a drizzle of caramel or chocolate sauce on top.
  • If you’d like a more homemade touch, you can make your own cheesecake filling instead of using premade.
  • This dessert works well with other cookies too, like chocolate chip or peanut butter.
