This Raspberry Peach Soda is a refreshing and vibrant drink that combines the sweetness of ripe peaches with the tartness of fresh raspberries, topped with homemade sparkling water. Perfect for any occasion, this fruity and effervescent soda is easy to make and delivers a burst of flavor in every sip. Ready in just 40 minutes!

  • Total Time: 40 minutes
  • Yield: 1 serving

Ingredients

  • 37.4 g peaches, stoned and chopped
  • 20 g raspberries
  • 30 g sugar
  • 36 g water
  • Lemon wheel, peach slices, and raspberries for garnish (optional)
  • Soda maker machine (optional)
  • 6 oz sparkling water

Instructions

  1. Make the syrup: Measure out your raspberries, peaches, sugar, and water, then add them to a pot. Mix the ingredients together and bring the mixture to a boil. Once boiling, reduce the heat and simmer for 20 minutes until the berries are mushy and the liquid is dense in color.
  2. Cool and strain: Remove the pot from heat and allow it to cool down. Once cool, strain the mixture through a cheesecloth or fine sieve into a sealable container. Store the syrup in the fridge for up to 1 month.
  3. Assemble the soda: To make your Raspberry Peach Soda, pour 2 tablespoons (or more, depending on your sweetness preference) of the homemade syrup into a glass filled with ice.
  4. Top with sparkling water: Top the glass with sparkling water, using a soda maker if desired. Stir gently in an upward motion to combine all the ingredients.
  5. Garnish and serve: Garnish with a lemon wheel, peach slices, and a few raspberries for a beautiful presentation. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

  • For a sweeter soda, simply add more syrup to taste.
  • If you don’t have a soda maker, store-bought sparkling water works just as well.
  • The homemade syrup can be made in larger batches and stored in the fridge for future use.
