These S’mores Bars are the ultimate treat, featuring layers of gooey marshmallow, melted chocolate, and a crunchy graham cracker crust. Easy to make and utterly addictive!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 8 to 12 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 4 Hershey’s chocolate bars (4.4-ounce bars)
  • 10 ounces mini marshmallows (1 package)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan with non-stick butter spray.
  2. Prepare the Crust: In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, and melted butter until combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of the baking pan, packing it down firmly along the bottom and sides of the pan.
  3. Bake the Crust: Place the pan in the oven and bake for 5-8 minutes, or until the sides begin to turn golden brown. Remove the pan from the oven and let it cool.
  4. Add Chocolate: Lay the Hershey’s chocolate bars on top of the graham cracker crust, covering as much of the surface as possible. Place the pan back in the oven and bake for another 3 minutes, or until the chocolate begins to melt and gets shiny.
  5. Add Marshmallows: Remove the pan from the oven and let it cool for 1-2 minutes. Place the mini marshmallows on top of the melted chocolate, packing them close together.
  6. Broil the Marshmallows: Turn your oven to broil. Put the pan back in the oven and watch closely! Broil for about 2 minutes or until the marshmallows begin to brown. Be careful not to overcook them.
  7. Cool and Serve: Remove the pan from the oven and let the s’mores bars cool completely. Once cooled, cut them into squares and serve.
