Ingredients
- 4 pounds chicken wings
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 package ranch dressing seasoning mix
- 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- For the Dirty Ranch Sauce:
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, hot sauce, paprika, ranch seasoning, granulated garlic, and salt until well combined.
- Place chicken wings in a large zip-top bag or bowl. Pour marinade over and mix until all wings are coated.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for maximum flavor.
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Place a wire rack on a baking sheet and arrange wings in a single layer.
- Bake for 40 minutes. Switch oven to broil and broil wings for 3–5 minutes. Flip and broil the other side for another 3–5 minutes until golden and crisp.
- For the Dirty Ranch Sauce, mix ranch dressing with hot sauce and sugar.
- Serve wings hot with Dirty Ranch Sauce on the side.
Notes
- For spicier wings, increase the hot sauce in the marinade.
- Using a wire rack allows air circulation, making the wings crispier.
- Marinating overnight yields the best flavor.
- Serve with celery and carrot sticks for a classic game-day pairing.
