  • 1 shallot, finely chopped
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 2 ounces cream cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the Bread Bowl: Cut the top off the bread bowl and hollow out the center. Place the hollowed bread on a baking sheet and toast it in the oven for 8-10 minutes until slightly crispy.
  3. Cook the Seafood: Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté the garlic and shallots until fragrant. Add the shrimp and scallops, cooking until just opaque. Stir in the crab meat and heat through.
  4. Make the Creamy Sauce: Lower the heat and pour in the heavy cream. Add the cream cheese, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth.
  5. Add Cheese: Stir in half of the Parmesan and mozzarella cheese, mixing until the cheese is melted and combined.
  6. Assemble the Dish: Spoon the seafood mixture into the toasted bread bowl. Top with the remaining Parmesan and mozzarella cheese.
  7. Bake: Bake the filled bread bowl for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped fresh parsley. Serve immediately.
