Instructions
- Cook chicken pieces in the air fryer or oven according to package instructions until crispy.
- While chicken cooks, whisk together sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger in a small bowl.
- Pour the sauce into a large skillet over medium-high heat. Bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened.
- Add the crispy chicken to the sauce and stir to coat evenly.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds, if desired.
- Serve immediately, ideally over steamed rice.
