Ingredients
- 12 St. Pierre Brioche Slider Buns
- 6 ounces smoked turkey breast slices (or deli meat of choice)
- 12 eggs, lightly scrambled (seasoned with salt and pepper)
- 3 tablespoons chopped chives
- 6 slices Pepperjack cheese
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Butter a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Place the bottom half of the slider buns in the dish.
- Layer with turkey slices, scrambled eggs, chopped chives, and Pepperjack cheese.
- Top with the remaining buns and brush tops with melted butter.
- Sprinkle Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until cheese is fully melted and tops are golden.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
