Ingredients

  • 12 St. Pierre Brioche Slider Buns
  • 6 ounces smoked turkey breast slices (or deli meat of choice)
  • 12 eggs, lightly scrambled (seasoned with salt and pepper)
  • 3 tablespoons chopped chives
  • 6 slices Pepperjack cheese
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Butter a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Place the bottom half of the slider buns in the dish.
  3. Layer with turkey slices, scrambled eggs, chopped chives, and Pepperjack cheese.
  4. Top with the remaining buns and brush tops with melted butter.
  5. Sprinkle Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
