Ingredients
- 1 can Butter Flavored Grands Biscuits
- Leftover turkey, cut into small bite-sized pieces
- Leftover cranberry sauce
- Warm leftover gravy
- Warm leftover stuffing
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper or prepare them with non-stick spray.
- Separate each biscuit into two halves. Press each biscuit half to flatten and enlarge it.
- Place a small amount of warm gravy, turkey, stuffing, and cranberry sauce in the center of each biscuit.
- Fold the edges of the biscuit up around the filling, pinching the center to form a ball.
- Place the poppers, seal-side down, on the prepared baking sheets.
- Bake for about 14 minutes or until golden brown.
- Once baked, melt the butter and brush it over the top of the biscuits.
- Serve immediately with warm gravy and extra cranberry sauce for dipping.
Notes
- Feel free to add a sprinkle of cheese on top of the biscuit before baking for extra flavor.
- If you have leftover mashed potatoes, you can add a small spoonful to the filling for even more of a Thanksgiving flavor.
- These are perfect for holiday gatherings or as a quick weeknight meal using leftovers.
