A delicious and easy way to repurpose Thanksgiving leftovers, these buttery biscuit poppers are filled with turkey, cranberry sauce, stuffing, and gravy. Perfect for a cozy meal or as a fun appetizer!

  • Total Time: 30 minutes
  • Yield: 8 poppers

Ingredients

  • 1 can Butter Flavored Grands Biscuits
  • Leftover turkey, cut into small bite-sized pieces
  • Leftover cranberry sauce
  • Warm leftover gravy
  • Warm leftover stuffing
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper or prepare them with non-stick spray.
  2. Separate each biscuit into two halves. Press each biscuit half to flatten and enlarge it.
  3. Place a small amount of warm gravy, turkey, stuffing, and cranberry sauce in the center of each biscuit.
  4. Fold the edges of the biscuit up around the filling, pinching the center to form a ball.
  5. Place the poppers, seal-side down, on the prepared baking sheets.
  6. Bake for about 14 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Once baked, melt the butter and brush it over the top of the biscuits.
  8. Serve immediately with warm gravy and extra cranberry sauce for dipping.

Notes

  • Feel free to add a sprinkle of cheese on top of the biscuit before baking for extra flavor.
  • If you have leftover mashed potatoes, you can add a small spoonful to the filling for even more of a Thanksgiving flavor.
  • These are perfect for holiday gatherings or as a quick weeknight meal using leftovers.
