Ingredients
- 160g whipping heavy cream
- 200g milk
- 35g milk powder
- 15g sugar
- 10g condensed milk
- 10g corn starch
- 2g vanilla extract
Instructions
- Cook the Mixture: In a pot, combine the whipping cream, milk, milk powder, sugar, and condensed milk. Mix well and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally.
- Thicken the Mixture: Add the corn starch and continue stirring until the mixture thickens to a pudding-like consistency. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
- Pour into Molds: Pour the mixture into ice cream molds, ensuring they are evenly distributed.
- Freeze: Place the molds in the freezer for at least 4 hours or overnight until fully set.
- Serve: Once set, remove the bars from the molds and enjoy your homemade vanilla ice cream bars!
Notes
- For a fun twist, you can dip the bars in melted chocolate or add a swirl of caramel before freezing.
- You can also use plant-based milk and cream for a dairy-free version.
- Make sure the ice cream mixture is cooled slightly before pouring it into the molds to avoid melting the molds.
