Cold Foam Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. Heavy Cream
- 1/2 Cup Whole Milk
- 1 Tsp. Vanilla Bean Paste + 1 Tbsp. Sugar OR 2-3 Pumps Vanilla Syrup
Instructions
- Mix Ingredients: Combine the heavy cream, whole milk, vanilla bean paste and sugar or vanilla syrup in a French Press or a jar for frothing.
- Froth Using French Press: If using a French Press, move the press handle up and down vigorously until the mixture starts to foam and develops a creamy texture.
- Froth Using Handheld Frother: If using a handheld frother, shake the jar to mix ingredients well, then froth for 15-30 seconds until foamy.
- No Foam Option: To use as a creamer without foam, simply mix the ingredients in a jar until combined without frothing.
- Serve: Pour the vanilla sweet cream cold foam over iced coffee, cold brew, espresso, or any cold drink of your choice and enjoy.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness by modifying the amount of sugar or vanilla syrup according to taste.
- Use whole milk for the creamiest foam; lower-fat milks may not foam as well.
- If you don’t have a French Press or frother, vigorously shaking the mixture in a tightly sealed jar can also create some foam.
- Serve immediately for best texture as the foam will dissipate over time.
- This foam can be stored refrigerated for up to 24 hours but is best fresh.
