Crunchy, warmly spiced, and naturally sweetened, this Air Fryer Granola is a fast and wholesome snack or breakfast topper. Made in just 15 minutes, it’s perfect for sprinkling over yogurt, smoothies, or eating by the handful.

  • Total Time: 20 minutes
  • Yield: 8 servings

Ingredients

  • 2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (almonds, pecans, or walnuts)
  • 1/4 cup seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, or chia)
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 3 tablespoons melted coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup dried fruit (raisins, cranberries, or cherries – added after cooking)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine oats, nuts, seeds, coconut (if using), cinnamon, and salt.
  2. Stir in honey or maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and vanilla. Mix well until evenly coated.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 300°F (150°C).
  4. Line air fryer basket with a parchment liner (with holes) or use an air fryer-safe liner.
  5. Spread granola mixture in a thin, even layer in the basket.
  6. Cook for 12–15 minutes, shaking or stirring every 4–5 minutes to ensure even cooking and prevent burning.
  7. Let granola cool completely—it will crisp up as it cools.
  8. Once cooled, stir in dried fruit. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.

Notes

  • Adjust sweetness by using more or less honey/maple syrup.
  • Mix and match nuts, seeds, and dried fruits to suit your taste.
  • Be careful not to overcrowd the air fryer basket for even crisping.
