Ingredients
- 1 (10.5 ounce) can of condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup milk
- 2 cups frozen peas and carrots
- 3 cups rotisserie chicken, diced
- 1 packet ranch seasoning (or 2 tablespoons homemade)
- 2 cups shredded colby jack cheese
- 1 (32 ounce) bag of frozen tater tots
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the Casserole Mixture: In a large bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, peas and carrots, ranch seasoning, diced chicken, and shredded colby jack cheese. Mix until well combined.
- Assemble the Casserole: Spread the mixture evenly into a 9×13-inch baking dish or a 12-inch oven-safe skillet.
- Add the Tater Tots: Top the mixture with frozen tater tots, covering the entire surface.
- Bake: Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and the casserole is bubbly.
- Serve: Remove from the oven and serve hot!
