Instructions
- Brew the Coffee: Brew 12 ounces of strong coffee using a coffee maker or French press to ensure a rich base for the latte.
- Combine Ingredients: Pour the brewed coffee into a blender. Add 2 teaspoons of coconut oil, ½ to 1 teaspoon of unsalted grass-fed butter, ¼ to ½ teaspoon of ground cinnamon, ¼ to ⅓ cup of your preferred dairy or unsweetened non-dairy milk, ⅛ teaspoon of vanilla bean paste, and 1 scoop of collagen peptides if desired.
- Blend to Frothy Perfection: Blend all the ingredients on high for 15 to 30 seconds until the latte is creamy, frothy, and well combined.
- Serve: Pour the cinnamon coconut latte into a coffee mug. Optionally, dust with additional ground cinnamon for extra aroma and flavor. Enjoy immediately while warm.
