This comforting beverage is enhanced with vanilla bean paste and optional collagen peptides, perfect for a cozy morning or afternoon pick-me-up.

  • Total Time: 5 minutes
  • Yield: 1 serving

Ingredients

Drink Ingredients

  • 12 ounces strong brewed coffee
  • 2 teaspoons coconut oil
  • ½-1 teaspoon unsalted grass-fed butter
  • ¼½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼- cup dairy or unsweetened non-dairy milk of choice
  • ⅛ teaspoon vanilla bean paste
  • 1 scoop collagen peptides (optional)

Instructions

  1. Brew the Coffee: Brew 12 ounces of strong coffee using a coffee maker or French press to ensure a rich base for the latte.
  2. Combine Ingredients: Pour the brewed coffee into a blender. Add 2 teaspoons of coconut oil, ½ to 1 teaspoon of unsalted grass-fed butter, ¼ to ½ teaspoon of ground cinnamon, ¼ to ⅓ cup of your preferred dairy or unsweetened non-dairy milk, ⅛ teaspoon of vanilla bean paste, and 1 scoop of collagen peptides if desired.
  3. Blend to Frothy Perfection: Blend all the ingredients on high for 15 to 30 seconds until the latte is creamy, frothy, and well combined.
  4. Serve: Pour the cinnamon coconut latte into a coffee mug. Optionally, dust with additional ground cinnamon for extra aroma and flavor. Enjoy immediately while warm.

Notes

  • Adjust the amount of butter according to your preference for richness.
  • Use any milk of choice – almond, oat, soy, or cow’s milk all work well.
  • Collagen peptides are optional and can be omitted without affecting the taste.
  • Blend thoroughly to achieve a creamy froth that mimics a latte texture.
  • For extra sweetness, you may add a teaspoon of honey or your preferred sweetener before blending.
