Baking Brownies

Instructions
- Prepare the Pan and Oven: Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan or optionally line it with parchment paper to prevent sticking. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to ensure it’s ready when the batter is prepared.
- Cream Butter and Sugar: In a medium bowl, combine the softened butter and granulated sugar. Mix them together thoroughly until the mixture becomes creamy and smooth, which helps aerate the batter.
- Add Flavors and Eggs: Incorporate the salt, eggs, orange flavoring, and grated orange zest into the creamed butter and sugar. Stir the mixture gently until all components are just combined to avoid overmixing.
- Mix in Flour: Gradually add the all-purpose flour to the wet ingredients. Stir carefully until the batter is homogeneous and smooth, ensuring no flour pockets remain.
