Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the Sauce: In an 11×7 oven-safe dish, add the grape tomatoes, onion, green pepper, jalapeño (if using), garlic, tomato paste, salt, pepper, olive oil, and cumin. Stir everything together.
